Offray Specialty Narrow Fabrics (OSNF) recently announced the introduction of E-Z Lace Supreme, the latest enhancement to our popular line of fabrics for awnings and other outdoor uses.

Until the introduction of E-Z Lace, those needing to attach cords to fabrics had to first insert grommets into the fabrics. This increased costs, required special equipment, added manufacturing steps, and ultimately weakened the fabric by breaking yarns when the grommet was inserted. E-Z Lace has lacing holes woven into the fabric, thus simplifying and improving the entire process.

E-Z Lace Supreme takes Offray's revolutionary E-Z Lace Plus fabric, combines customer insights, feedback and suggestions, and results in the ultimate in performance and ease of use.

The new E-Z Lace Supreme now comes with a unique, specialized and durable finish that resists mildew and ultraviolet rays, significantly increasing long term strength and durability.

Reinforced lacing holes are now 1.25" wide, up from .875", to make lacing that much easier. Additionally, the spacing of the holes is now 3" apart rather than 6". This greatly increases manufacturing and design flexibility.

Finally, an expanded "Armor Bar" reinforces and surrounds the lacing holes with a high tenacity polyester yarn, chosen specifically for this purpose.
